Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th of February 1984, at New York City. She's always displayed a keen interest in becoming an actress. The School of the Arts of Boston University was where she first began to establish the foundations of the rest in her career as an actor. After graduating, Noureen began auditioning for different roles. She gained a leading role in the 2005 film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was shown at various festival events around the world. It also received the Oscar nomination for Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards in the year 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's success. Her fame began to rise in 1999 when she received international attention and praise for her role in American Beauty. She then went on to be a part of Ghost World (2002), which received a lot of praise, and earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
