Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports started at the age of 14. She studied kickboxing, boxing and wrestling prior to making her first amateur appearance at WCFC before Jaimee Nievera. Ladd built on this victory and went on a 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents in the opening round of all fights. She then went back to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia Calvillo handed Aspen an unanimity loss and beat her in a match that tarnished Ladd's amateur career. Ladd rebounded from the loss to beat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015 and signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via first-round TKO. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: She took her next bout with Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen's superior wrestling skill was able to take down McGill as she managed to finish her in the third round by TKO (elbows and punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. She fought Hoy as the catchweight (138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd didn't gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy and was able to knock her out in the second round by TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina, and ground-and - hit her for an TKO victory in the 2nd round.
